Do we offer local pick up? Yes we do all local pick up orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Los Angeles. The quickest Turn around time we offer is within 48 hours of the time your order was placed!

Local pick up has no shipping and handling costs

 

2023 Shipping costs for international orders

 

We use DHL EXPRESS for all international orders. 

The cost varies depending on location so we put an estimate for shipping.

Full transparency, We refund customers when their shipping costs comes out to be less than originally paid. 

When the cost for shipping is higher than what the customer paid, we pay out of my pocket to cover the additional costs. We always try my best to be fair and transparent.

If you would like to request a cheaper shipping method, but please understand that this does not always come with tracking and we will not be responsible for shipments that are lost through this shipment method.

Feel free to email us to request for USPS instead of DHL before you place your order.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We do except exchanges!

We do not accept returns. 

Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, there may be some imperfections but we do check for any damages before we ship out of our warehouse. Please consider this.

 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us so we can figure out a proper solution.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ORDERS THAT ARE SENT BACK TO ME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Exceptions for returns/exchanges are only available when order is sent with wrong color or size, Or was damaged in transit.

Please be sure to provide the correct and most accurate measurements before ordering. Be sure to email us if you have any changes to your sizing or color before your item is made and shipped out.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when shipping item(s) back for an exchange.

VERY IMPORTANT! You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Emails will be sent directly to the email you provide when placing an order. Please be sure that your email address is correct. 

Any destroyed packages by DHL or USPS due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and or signed for. If you believe your package is missing, please contact USPS or DHL directly and dispute a case with them.

 

What is our shipping policy?

We ship out at multiple times a week. You will receive an email that will notify you once shipped!

All items will be shipped to address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE US YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAIL. IF ANY PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO US FOR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, I WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL PROVIDED TO US. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY, I WILL NOT RESHIP YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be made before shipped. This wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many people in the queue ahead of you. Feel free to email us at customerservice.shapeshifter@gmail.com to see how many people are ahead of you in the queue!

This wait might be a little longer than you are used to when purchasing from large businesses, but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from an independent business:)

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks. Please note that lately, international shipping has been strict so some packages may delay.

Tracking number cost is provided in shipping cost. 

Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, Email us! We are always open for any custom orders or if you have a request to tweak an item!

All items are custom made according to measurements provided. 

We do not accept refunds or returns unless size or color are wrong.

For cancellation of your order, please email me to make sure that your order has not been made yet. If so, there is a cancellation fee.

Do we do refunds on custom made orders?

No, custom orders are all final.

If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase date.

We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made.

 

Domestic Packages Lost?

There are many cases where domestic packages are lost or delayed.

Every domestic package will be shipped out with tracking. If the tracking says that it is delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait until the end of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or misdelivered so please be sure to contact your local post or ask your neighbors first.

Because we have proof of shipment and delivery confirmation, we will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this once purchasing.

Be sure to contact your local post when there is a problem with missing package.



Replace/repair

Some pieces may be more fragile than others. Please be gentle. (Fashion is art)

If your piece needs a part repaired Please contact us directly and we would love to repair it for you for free!

We do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 2 weeks, you would need to provide for shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

If you placed an order and changed your mind, please email us at customerservice.shapeshifter@gmail.com 

Due to the nature of everything being custom and hand made to order, we will not refund any orders that are in progress.

We will only refund and cancel orders that are not shipped or placed within 48 hours of purchase. 

Anytime after that will not be cancelled or refunded.
